Carrot smoothie
– 1 apple
– 2 carrots
– 1 small cup of porridge oats
– 1 small cup of yogurt
– 1 small cup of rice milk
– 1 small cup of orange juice

– 100 grams of blueberries
– 200 ml of yogurt
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 handful cereals

– 2 apples
– 2 carrots
– 1 beetroot
– A little water
