Ingredients:
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 30 g of cloves
- 5 liters of water
Place the cinnamon and the cloves in 5 liters of water and let the drink stand in the refrigerator for 4 – 5 days.
Take 1 deciliter of the beverage (you can strain it before drinking) in the morning on an empty stomach.
