DAY SIX
Lunch:

– Fruit Salad.
Dinner:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– Fried chicken,
– Tomato and lettuce salad.
DAY SEVEN
Lunch:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– Meat optionally prepared in any way,
– Mixed salad or vegetables prepared with butter.
Dinner:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– The meat or fish is prepared in any way,
– Lettuce,
– Cup of tea or coffee.
