After consuming this drink you will notice that you will not only burn hundreds of calories, but it will also boost your metabolism thus helping you to lose that extra weight.
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 1cup/ 8oz/ 237 ml water
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Preparation:
- First boil the water;
- And the pour it on the cinnamon. Cover it and let it steep until it is warm enough to drink;
- Then to the lukewarm water add the honey. Remember never to add honey in a hot water because the heat will destroy nutrients of the raw honey;
- Before going to bed, drink half of this drink. Close the other half and put it in the refrigerator. Drink the other half first thing in the morning.
Don’t add any flavours, or reheat the drink in the morning. This recipe is only effective if you drink it on an empty stomach.
