You can make this mixture in your home, and consume it instead of breakfast
Ingredients:
- 3 lemons
- 125 g of horseradish
- 3 tablespoons of honey
Preparations:
Blend the horseradish in a blender. Cut the lemon on slices, together with its peel, remove the seeds and put it in a blender. Mix well until you get a homogenous mixture.
In the end add 3 tbsp. honey and mix well again.
Usage:
Put the mixture in a glass jar and leave it in a fridge. Take 1 tbsp. of the mixture in the morning and in the evening during a period of 3 weeks. The results will surprise you.
