This easy technique will allow you to restore the spine in a natural position and to change the contours of the body for 5 minutes a day and only a towel. This will provide you straight back for a longer period.
- Create towel tight roll thick 7-10 cm and at least 40cm long. Tie it with solid thread to stay tight.
- Lying on a stable horizontal surface (soft bed is appropriate) may be in the ground.
- Insert the cloth below the waist; just on the opposite side of the navel (this is important).
