Ingredients:
- 8 Tablespoons of chopped dried rosemary
- 3 Whole lemons
- ½ kg of sugar
- 2 Liters of water
Preparation:
Put 8 tablespoons of finely chopped rosemary leaves in two liters of water and let it cook until it boils up to 1 liter (it should be done in one hour).
Put half a kilogram of sugar and the three peeled and sliced lemons.
Cook for another half an hour, and pour it into a jar and take one tablespoon 3 times a day.
The recipe is simple, but if you cannot “chew” the cooked sprigs of rosemary you can strain the mixture through a tea strainer, gently squeezing with a spoon to drain as much juice as you can.
I got about 7 dl of “syrup” which i consumed as indicated, one tablespoon 3 times a day.
The syrup improves blood circulation, regulates the low blood pressure (irregular pulse) arrhythmia.
It also helps with problems with liver disease, gall bladder and other digestion organs.
Some mixtures such as the rosemary tincture are very helpful in the treatment of rheumatism, gout, diseases and joint stiffness.
