- Bath with hydrogen peroxide
Hydrogen peroxide is ideal for killing all the bacteria and fungi, and soak feet in a solution of water and the ingredients can kill the unpleasant appearance of the legs and prevent their formation. In one liter of distilled water, add 100 milliliters of hydrogen peroxide by 3 percent, and soak your feet every morning and evening for about twenty minutes.
During the summer it is recommended to avoid nylon stockings, and shoes with synthetic lining. Walk barefoot as much as possible.
