Seven days menu:
Breakfast is the same every day:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– Coffee or tea,
– 2 eggs prepared in any way or 2 slices of bacon.
Before going to sleep every day, drink 250 ml of tomato juice or 250 ml of skim milk.
Day One:
Lunch:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– Boiled beef, chicken or fish,
– Tomato salad,
Dinner:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– Fried fish,
– Mixed salad with tomato and lettuce,
DAY TWO:
Lunch:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– Fruit Salad.
Dinner:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– A burger,
– Cooked vegetables.
DAY THREE:
Lunch:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– Tuna salad.
Dinner:
– Grapefruit or 250 ml of squeezed grapefruit juice,
– 2 lean pork chops,
– Lettuce.
