This diet comes in two variants: fast and normal one. This article presents the latter, as the first one is low in nutrients and it may negatively affect your health.

Before bedtime: A cup of orange juice and 1 small piece of toast
Tuesday
Breakfast: A cup of apple juice and 1 soft-boiled egg
Snack: A cup of apple juice and 1 small piece of toast
Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes and 4 lettuce leaves
Dinner: 200 grams boiled fish, 1 hard- boiled egg, lettuce and peas (fresh or canned)
Before bedtime: A cup of apple juice and 1 slice of toast
Wednesday
Breakfast: A cup of Lean milk and 1 slice of toast
Snack: 100 grams lean cheese
Lunch: 100 g rice and 150 grams fresh cabbage salad with a tablespoon of lemon juice and finely chopped parsley
Dinner: 100 g cooked meat, 4 lettuce leaves and 1 apple
Before bedtime: A cup of apple juice and1 small piece of toast
Thursday
Breakfast: A cup of pineapple juice and 60 grams pineapple fruit
Snack: A cup of pineapple juice and1 small piece of toast
Lunch: 100 g boiled meat, a small piece of cheese and 1 orange
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes and 150 grams fresh carrot salad with oil
Before bedtime: A cup of pineapple juice and 1 slice of toast
Friday
Breakfast: A cup of apple juice and 1 small slice of toast
Snack: 1 orange and 1 apple
Lunch: 150 grams boiled fish and 2 small boiled carrots
Dinner: A small piece of bread and 1 bowl of vegetable soup (fish stew or creamy mushroom soup)
Before bedtime: A cup of orange juice and 1 small piece of toast
Saturday
Breakfast: A cup of apple juice and 1 slice of toast
Snack: 150 grams of boiled beet salad with a little oil
Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable soup, creamy mushroom soup or fish stew and 1 small piece of bread
Dinner: 100 g fresh vegetable salad and 100 g fried mushrooms
Before bedtime: A cup of apple juice and 2 biscuits
Sunday
Breakfast: 1 handful of grapes and 1 banana
Snack: A cup of carrot juice and 1 small piece of toast
Lunch: 100 g boiled meat, 100 g fresh cabbage salad, young onions and juice of 1 lemon
Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup, creamy mushroom soup/ fish stew, 4 lettuce leaves and 100 g fruit
Before bedtime: A cup of apple juice and 2 dried figs
You are allowed to follow this diet plan for 2-4 weeks, but nothing more than that. Continue with the consumption of fruits and vegetables after the diet, incorporating protein-rich food in your diet gradually. Given the fact that the diet is abundant in fruits and veggies, it supplies the body with enough vitamins and minerals.
Additionally, it is recommended to engage in moderate physical activity during the diet for at least half an hour. There are many options, such as swimming, walking, or cycling.
