You will need:
2 tablespoons of honey
250 ml of water
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Preparation:
If you want you can prepare it in a different measures but keep the proportion: one measure of cinnamon and two measures of honey. You can prepare as much as you want. First you need to put the water to boil. Then pour the boiling water over the cinnamon. Cover the bowl and leave it to cool down. When it is cold enough add the honey. Remember to never add the honey if the mixture is hot. Drink half of the potion in the evening and the other half in the morning. Keep the drink in the fridge.
