If you want to lose weight for good, then you should know that it is very important to rise the consummation of real food in your diet. This can do magic if it done 80 percent of the time.
With real food, I want to say natural and whole foods are found in their natural forms and haven’t been tempered. If you consume this kind of food you will provide your body with nourishment. They support the body detoxification and self-heal.
Following are some real food:
- Fresh fruits
- Legumes like beans, pulses, lentils, nuts and seeds.
- Natural flavors like sea salts, herbs and honey.
- Leafy and non-leafy vegetables.
- Sea weeds
- Whole grains like Brown rice, Barley, Millet, Whole rye, Wild rice, Quinoa, etc.
Food that have real ingredients are naturally processed and packaged inside the food chain. They are also called the lightly processed foods. Natural or real ingredients are easy to see. They can be easy pronounces and identified from the other listed ingredients on the package.
The following are lightly processed foods:
- Chickpeas and beans
- Tins of Lentils
- Organic tea and coffee
- Hummus (Store bought) and spreads
- Extra virgin olive oil.
- Almonds, soy and rice milk.
- Organic chocolates.
But you should keep away from:
Heavily processed or fake foods, diet foods, refined white bread, commercial sweets and candies, artificial sweeteners, deep fried foods, sweeteners, fast foods and foods rich with trans fats.
- Don’t deprive yourself. Turn to substitute ingredients instead
This step will help you to classify your food into real food, fake food or lightly processed food. Now when you master this step, you need to stay focused on rising your food choices at all possible places.
Our 5 fingers are not the same. This applies to our food also – all foods are not even. The difference is in the way which the food has been cooked together with the sort of ingredients used in its preparations. For example take a hamburger. Vegetarians may thing of a cheese or veg burger. The way in which it was prepared and what ingredients are used, can be a big help for you do decide if it’s good or bad for your body.

Even today this relates to me. It helped me to bring flexibility into my diet, which I needed very much. Also it is giving me a chance to test different foods. It is bringing variability to my diet and not making my life boring.
We all write our own stories. I took responsibility of my life, and my weight loss story ended up being a hit. This story can be used as a motivation and to accept that nothing is impossible.
You have to take a big jump. You can take baby-steps at the moment. What you need is will and character strength to make changes in your boy and to be in love in it again.
