Long Life
Bernard Lapapo says that the saying “You are what you eat” is 100% true. He consumed vegetables and fruits on a regular basis for his whole life. He says that the secret of his long life are the following 5 foods: Garlic, honey, cinnamon, chocolate and olive oil. He learned this from his father who never visited a doctor and died at 98. His father used to say “Lamb is good, but avoid red meat and fried foods.”
